Renters approve of the building's owners
New kitchen and bathroom. The landlords were very friendly and responsive. It was convenient to commuting to Manhattan.
The super was not responsive. He never took care of the mice problem (I had to take care of it myself) or the roof issues. He was good if there was a heating emergency.
Take care of the mice infestation.
