All of the pros and cons of prewar
Pros
-the units can be very spacious -laundry in the building -good location
Cons
-Landlord is impossible to get a hold of -Laundry machines are overprices -Past problems with bed bugs -Heating during the winter is very inconsistent -some rooms are very poorly insulated
Advice to the owners
invest more on maintenance and heating

Terrible landlord
Pros
Located in a quiet and nice neighborhood with many choices of food
Cons
Package thief is common. The landlord is cheap and does not want to install camera. Building is not being maintained properly and is visibly aging. The apt is not heated properly at night and can be very cold during winter nights.
Advice to the owners
Don’t be so cheap and install camera for the building. The package thief situation has been reported to the police.
