Building super and management

Pros:
There’s not much to say.
Cons:
Building super is so nasty, harass and bully Tenants
Advice to owner:
Please listen to tenants sincerely and fix the problem

Pros:
-Location is convenient in regards to transportation subway and Queens blvd close by
-on site laundry
-public school across the street
-spacious apartments
Cons:
-no secure location for package deliveries
-apartment floors are dated .
-noise from train riding along the Long Island railroad
-no gym
Advice to owner:
Invest into a possible gym in the building, also action on renters concerns right away. Improve cleaning conditions
