    It’s ok I guess

    Pros:
    In a nice neighborhood.
    Cons:
    Really Dirty building. Previous super made sure every floor was mopped and cleaned at least 2 times a week. New super just barely mops the lobby
    Advice to owner:
    Get an exterminator there ASAP
