Really Dirty building. Previous super made sure every floor was mopped and cleaned at least 2 times a week. New super just barely mops the lobby
Get an exterminator there ASAP
It close to the train station
Have mice problem and cold in the winter
Take better care of the building and the mice problem is the worst
