Roaches & mice love it here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great price & close to the train and amazing food in the area
Cons:
So many roaches and mice (likely due to how poorly the trash rooms are treated), repairs are impossible, laundry room is terrible, and if you’re banking on the elevator in the building- don’t.

Not so great
Former Tenant
Pros:
One block away from train station
Cons:
The super is awful, won’t fix things that need to be fix, always has an excuse. If they paint your apartment good luck it will look like a 5 year old paint it and use cheap paint that in a month or two it starts to chip away. There’s mold in the building you could see it in the front entrance were you ring the bell. The entrance smells like dog piss. Uses inexperienced people to work on your apt that leave a mess or are unprepared for their job.
Advice to owner:
Please send a new fresh of eyes to go apartment by apartment and check what needs to be fix or replace. If you go to the supers apt it looks great but all the apartments from people living here more the 10 years are bad. My suggestion is take action right away before the whole building brings ny housing department.
