Security and Garbage Management. The service people work nicely. Clean apartment building.

Huge Issue with Heat and Hot Water. It seems like we never have heat. I know for a fact they are violating the heat law in nyc. We’ve had no heat in 30 degree weather outside (sometimes even lower than that). Floors are creaky. Apartment makes sound.

No, never been sufficient. That building has s crap. Their floor is so cheap that every noise is audible to next floor down or up. Always incessant noise, never stoped. Management of the property has no morals and responsibility towards tenants. To the point, heat was never enough to bear winter in that building. Low quality of life in the building. Be aware
