Decent but thin walls

Pros

Nice floor to ceiling windows. Just about your standard type apartments. Great location. The laundry room and gym were convenient. They have parking also.

Cons

Walls are THIN. Neighbors can be loud. You’re on top of the subway can sometimes shake. You’re also next to a fire station. The mini split heat cool units take a ton of energy to heat in winter and I was always freezing.
