    Pros:
    - good size apartments, neighbors are generally quiet
    - handymen are nice
    Cons:
    - nothing will save you from the noise of queens blvd
    - infested with roaches and mice
    - top floor is completely un-coolable in the summer, AC blasting we can’t get our unit under 80°
    - super is a rude jerk

    Pros:
    The neighbors are great. No one is sketchy or weird for the most part. Everyone here looks hard working and friendly.
    Cons:
    It’s infested by rodents. There’s mice here clockwork, honey, these mice are so nonchalant just like the landlord. If you don’t have mice then you have roaches and if you don’t have roaches then you have moths, maggots, flies, pantry bugs, silverfish and even centipedes. You can keep your space clean and you will still have mice. Nothing gets done but the rent price does continue to go up.
    Advice to owner:
    Sell it to another corporation that can actually keep up with the cost of maintenance, disrespectfully, a long term tenant.
