Horrifically run mouse infested building in good location
Pros
In a decent location close to transportation. Apartments themselves are pretty large.
Cons
Management is an actual disaster. They are bullies- openly harassed tenants and were not responsive to issues. Terrible mice, rodent, and roach problem. Building is filthy and heat and hot water often didn’t work properly. Building used to be very pet friendly and then became hostile toward tenants with pets. Really traumatizing place to live.
Advice to the owners
Try hiring competent exterminators and treat your tenants better.

Pros
- good size apartments, neighbors are generally quiet - handymen are nice
Cons
- nothing will save you from the noise of queens blvd - infested with roaches and mice - top floor is completely un-coolable in the summer, AC blasting we can’t get our unit under 80° - super is a rude jerk
