Rent was low. Besides this nothing.

Cons

The building is really old. The landlady is not fixing anything and there's constant roach and rodent infestation in the entire building. If you work at night or at home the noise level in the building is off the charts. Heat will not work numerous times last winter . I was freezing on Christmas. Stay away or you will waste money moving out soon.

Advice to the owners

Sell it cuz obviously you don't care for your tenants !!!
