An aged private home in desperate need of remodeling
Pros
Decent neighborhood especially for families, good food and transit is nearby
Cons
Roaches galore! They even had mice issues and the landlord/building owner shrugged their shoulders because it was due to neighbors and they won't take action. They forced us to pay out of pocket.
Advice to the owners
It's time for a renovation! If you spent as much time caring for your property as you do relaxing upstate, there wouldn't be so many issues
