Roach motel. Building not cleaned often. Needs fresh paint new lights and windows replaced in all apartments

Pros:
- family oriented overall quiet neighborhood -nice super -laundry shared and elevator in building
Cons:
-all apartments infested with roaches even in the common areas and exterminator comes one a month or in 2 months but not enough specifically in the summer you will see them everywhere - rats in the garbage area, but I guess it's normal in nyc -dryer breaks very often - some hot water issues sometimes but they fix it same day. -super is helpful charges for everything he will do for you (normal I guess), but even things that tear and wear or from previous tenants.
Advice to owner:
Inhabitable because of roaches it should be fixed asap
