newer building with an amazing building super

Pros

- newer building - pet friendly with courtyard - online portal for rent payments - balcony for nearly all units - quiet neighborhood, very safe - laundry room in basement - each unit has individual control of their heat/air conditioning - amazing super

Cons

- utilities not included - narrow living area, bedrooms, and kitchen - only two washers/dryers, quarter operated

Advice to the owners

New, mobile pay-enabled washers/dryers would be a great upgrade. Especially with a national coin shortage going on.
