Has potential but needs a lot of updates
Pros
Quiet dead end street and close to L train and buses. The neighbors are friendly.
Cons
Old heating didn’t reach the front of the house making winters extremely cold. The wooden floors are old and pieces of wood stick out — hazardous if you walk barefoot. The ceiling leaks above the toilet. First floor unit doesn’t get much light. The surrounding area is infested with rats. The kitchen door screen needs replacing — flies get inside the apartment.
Advice to the owners
Renovate the home and fix up the backyard. It has so much potential.
