Management very attentive, solid 3-bed apartment
Pros
No pests! We’re on the second floor, but that’s still amazing to me. Relatively new appliances, building has been recently renovated, and rent is miraculously at a very reasonable rate. Management is very attentive - there’s an online system for submitting tickets and they always get back to us promptly. Couldn’t be happier.
Cons
The sink isn’t quite level so after you wash your face there’s usually a bit of water pooling around the corners.
