Mixed bag experience

Pros:
Spacious apartments Okay rooftop Great for dogs
Cons:
Very small fridge for an apartment with 6 beds Had issues with flies Packages get stolen very frequently by other tenants and folks on the street despite the package room Gym is very basic and mostly cable work

Very pretty building on the outside Backyard was decent Gym was 24hr
Cons:
Building hallways lost power every few months from owner not paying the bills Mold on my bay windows took months and many reports to be addressed Garbage is almost always out of control Funeral neighbors often block the parking lot gate There were only 2 washers/driers for everyone and constantly were out of order (cheaper to do laundry next door) No storage, rooms had tiny closets
