Great neighborhood, nice neighbors.
At least when I lived there, management was impossible to get ahold of, even in the case of emergencies. Very limited office hours and didn’t provide an emergency number. In the event of a leak, it took weeks for management to take any action. They’d often try to charge us for required fixes as well.
