Not the worst, not the best
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice location and street
Good lighting in my unit
Cons:
No live-in super
Building management can take a while to respond and not at all on weekends really + only want to fix things with their own contractors who don't always do the best job
Garbage management could be better, there are always rats at night I see by our cans
They try to up the rent as much as they can every lease renewal at the last second
Advice to owner:
Idk, care more about your tenants
