Well maintained, pest-free, responsive landlords and a well-situated building
Cons
Landlord has all heating and cooling hooked up to electric units that YOU get billed for. Electric can be $500+/mo. Walls are paper thin. Next to a school that makes the street inaccessible by car for hours a day on weekdays.

Nice location and street Good lighting in my unit
Cons
No live-in super Building management can take a while to respond and not at all on weekends really + only want to fix things with their own contractors who don't always do the best job Garbage management could be better, there are always rats at night I see by our cans They try to up the rent as much as they can every lease renewal at the last second
