honestly pretty good

Pros:
i've been here for a few years and the management has actually improved? i genuinely love living here and don't have any serious complaints. they seem to vet tenants well and there are never any noise or weird issues with other tenants. management portal is simple and straightforward to use and the respond to work orders very quickly
Cons:
the main gripe i have is getting in touch with management when there are any questions or changes regarding the lease, they just drag their feet with responding and then pester you as soon as they need a response. but of all the things that could go wrong its basically a non-issue, they also have improved with their response times for work orders, it used to take forever and the sent guys that couldn't ever fix the problem on the first try but they have sent new people to fix things in the last year or so, and its always quick and finished the first time now
