A great place

Pros

Clean and freshly painted when we moved in. Management responds quickly. Kind neighbors and great neighborhood.

Cons

The hallway and stairs aren’t that clean. Only seen someone come to clean them once, but it was still pretty dirty. But this is really my only complaint about this building and its a small one.

Advice to the owners

It would be great to utilize the backyard space.

Great spot. Don’t want to leave

Pros

Neighborhood, other tenants, close to trains, great food, bars, coffee, vibe. I would not move if I didn’t have to for career

Cons

There’s the occasional roach, rats in the street, but it’s New York. The owners were very responsive to all complaints and fixed within 24 hrs

Advice to the owners

Fix up that backyard! So much potential there.
