Bed bugs in the walls, mice, drafty windows, ALWAYS on holidays therefore takes weeks to respond to emails and maintenance requests, overpriced laundry in the basement (must use wifi to pay/load your card with atleast $5)
Respond to your tenants on time. Stop being cheap.
