    Pros:
    The rent was very reasonable, the neighbors are young and for the most part nice, the neighborhood is clean. Roof is great, basement has gym and laundry.
    Cons:
    They play around with the advertisements, ie advertising more bathrooms or fewer bedrooms than there actually are in an apartment. The central air gets expensive. An elevated train runs very near the back windows. We had mice. The basement laundry was mediocre.
    Advice to owner:
    Communicate better with tenants, send an exterminator every once in a while. Give tenants notice if you plan to fill an open bedroom in their apartment.
