Wonderful super, never have to interact with the landlord except over email/the tenant app where she is very responsive. Clean, and any issues we had were fixed extremely quickly. The neighbors are usually quiet.
Walls are thin and doors have a slam to them, so you can hear that from the hallways, but you get used to it.
