Lots of natural light, no noise from other units, great landlord
Cons
Lacks amenities, street corner can be loud, temp fluctuates in winter with heating

Pros
The landlord is the best and why we stay The location is great The apartments are big
Cons
Despite the location being great, there’s an event space on the corner that does not respect the locals and has constantly blasted music. Idiots in the neighborhood who think they can race their loud obnoxious cars and bikes around the neighborhood. Garbage and recycling did pile up a bit, but it’s better these days!
