The owner was very responsive, and the utilities were all included which made it easier for paying rent.

Cons

The neighbors were very loud, and at timees the garbage kept piling up.

Pros

nice light, great neighborhood. Landlord was good at first

Cons

Landlord is invasive in your life. Landlord is bad with women. Will harass you mercilessly to get you out. Has to resort to psychological attacks because you pay your rent on time every month. Wants rent to be paid in cash.
