3 bed/1 bath, great location, beware of landlord
Pros
- Great location, train is around the corner. Lots of cafes, restaurants, shops, etc in neighborhood. - large rooms and decent size kitchen
Cons
- apartment is located on second floor of house, but does not have door. apartment is open upon walking up to second flight - pest control is non-existent, had problem with a rat and ants. - landlord is passive aggressive, combative, and difficult to work with. unresponsive to pest control issues. - bathroom is tiny with no window, mold was growing on ceiling - neighborhood is generally quiet but next door neighbors throw parties often with really loud music well into the night
