Don’t do it to yourself
Pros
Very spacious and lots of windows .
Cons
The landlord will make you miserable. We only had a 6 month lease and only lasted 4 . We couldn’t take it anymore the constant spying on us listening to our conversation and the harassment. Not to mention the overbearing smell of cat urine and feces that comes in from the hall. She will pick fights over nothing and accuse of things that have never happened. We are not the first people this has happened to , neighbors told us that she ends up running all her tenets out , she’s known to be the trouble maker on the street.
Advice to the owners
Do not rent your apartment if you don’t get along with people.
