The neighborhood is decent

Thin walls, nosy and gossipy neighbors, if you live on the first floor owner and family goes down in the basement to ease drop on your conversation, children running up and down the stairs, the stairs are loud, cheap flooring, the bedroom is right next to the front door, barely get heat in the winter, apt is not insulated properly, it is freezing cold in the bathroom in the winter, it is freezing cold in the kitchen in the winter. If you are having a conversation in your apt it can be heard in the hallways.
