Can’t believe I pay for this

Pros

Plenty of Security Cameras. Spacious apartments.

Cons

Hallways filthy. Maintenance within apartment is below average. Do not make repairs with much priority. Door locks at front entrance do not lock, which allows anyone to enter. Owners have a rude and aggressive manner of speaking that comes off rude, loud, and condescending.

Make repairs on time, well done, rather than temporary fixes. Improve the manner in which you converse with tenants and you will be respected.
