Beautiful from outside, helpful super, great location, nice neighborhood,
Confusing layout, old infrastructure, leaks get repaired and leak again in less than a year, elevator breaks down multiple times a year, dilapidated bathrooms
replace your leaks/broken locks/lights, stop with th the patchwork because it’ll continue to happen and cost you more in the long run .
