- respectful roomates - fairly clean - fairly safe - close to university
- one of the $1000/month bedrooms is tiny and has no closet - difficult landlords who will try to nickel-and-dime you for everything. but with persistence, they usually let up. - hostile neighbors in the surrounding houses
