Great house but problematic landlord
Pros
Great house with laundry and building and close to subway and deli also walking distance from St. John’s University. Fair price rent overall good house. also cleaning lady comes once a month 
Cons
The landlord has no concept of boundaries. He shows up at the house whenever he wants and is way too emotionally involved with the business of being a landlord. He is also problematic as he has denied tenant applications due to Socio-economic/racial profiling.  also he will just move people in randomly to the house without giving any warning to other tenants that there is changes in the apartment. 
Advice to the owners
understand boundaries and respect the people who are renting from you.
