Terrible infested building

You could save a few bucks, but NONE other than that
Cons
The building is infested with roaches and there is no heat in the winter. The management company, Horizon House Co LLC and Malek Management are NON responsive at all, they don’t do anything. The hallways can go dirty for days and days. The garbage compactors stink. The air ducts are filled with thick dust. The super only yells at you if you complain about something.
Advice to the owners
Stop scamming people and Quit managing buildings.

The building has decent amenities like an elevator, laundry and heat.
Cons
This building is the roach capital of NYC. I've been here for 10 years and they have been a permanent resident. The management either does nothing about it, or is incapable of doing anything about it. Yes, an exterminator comes monthly, but it only makes the roaches mad so they mate more. If you want to live here get used to the roaches being part of every room in the house because this building is ROACH SQUARE GARDEN.
Advice to the owners
Do something about the roach infestation!!!
