Boilers are old and can go down a few times each winter. Pest control is an opt-in, monthly service that most tenants don't opt into

A Lot of the apartments tested positive for Lead

Cons
A lot of the apartments tested positive for lead and they are still allowing people to live there and trying to move people in. You can find the information by going to HPD online nyc and typing in the address. It is open violations
Advice to the owners
Stop moving people into lead base apartments. You’re going to get a law suit
