Not a forever apartment

Pros:
Pretty cheap for what you get Dishwasher Close to train I’m
Cons:
Not well heated Roaches Thin walls
Advice to owner:
Heat the buildings better. There are elderly people and young children in these buildings. Heat it more than the legal requirement. When people complain every year maybe have a heart and give them 2° more heat.
