Good place, terrible management
Pros
Very roomy, well priced. Great neighborhood
Cons
Landlord is impossible to reach. Contact at minimum of three times to get anything done. Terrible pest problem and landlord told me "well, bugs have been around longer than any of us. Nothing we can do"
Advice to the owners
Listen to your tenants when they have problems. Would have stayed much longer if responsiveness had been better

Too many damn kids
Pros
They offer rental insurance instead of security deposit
Cons
It's always cold unless it's warm outside - then the heat seems to work. Never have consistent hot water. 10+ kids carry on screaming in the courtyard daily.
Advice to the owners
While the building is old, that's not an excuse for occasional heat and hot water.
