There are major rat/mouse problems in the building. You can hear the mouse in the walls making noises. Made several request to management to close up holes but no response.

Advice to the owners

Properly seal holes at pipe wall penetrations.

Heat was good Noise level ok Tree lined street Great restaurants and bars nearby

Cleanliness is bad SQ ft is small Rodent and pest problem (mice, roaches,and raccoons) Super don’t care to fix things always an excuse that he has to call management and forgets about you.
