Lovely little building

Pros

Enisa and her father are responsive, and the apartment is lovely. Great location too. The building questions aren't really relevant as it's just a two apartment house.

Cons

There used to be a club around the corner that would play loud music til like 4am on weekend nights. But it was shut down (due to health violations, I believe). I think a new one has taken it's place. With a noise machine though I never had a problem. Just be aware

Cristina is a terrible realtor you should hire someone else
