Renters approve of the building's owners
Landlord is reasonable as much as a landlord can be and is decently responsive. It’s nice being right on Union but you don’t even notice the noise to much. Big kitchen with lots of cabinets and counter space
Sometimes I had trouble with water leaking into the rooms on the lower floors when it rained hard. The AC units aren’t the best during the summer unless you have your own.
