it’s aiight for what it is

Pros

3 unit building, mail is typically never “misplaced” or undelivered. lots of windows, biggest bedroom in units are mini studio like. water pressure is good and heat for water heats up fast!

Cons

landlord is terrible with simple accommodations like placing a tenant owned lockbox in the area for emergencies. LL likes to come in when he wants and decides to paint the whole apt with zero notice and make false promises of delivering a much needed updated fridge.

Please practice compassion and consistency. we pay rent for a reason!
