Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 30-50 21st Street, Queens, NY 11102 highlight the building's potential but lack of upkeep. Tenants appreciate spacious units, good water pressure, and soundproof walls, while lamenting dirty halls, pest issues, and poor management responsiveness. Suggestions include improving common areas and addressing maintenance issues. Despite some positive aspects like in-unit laundry and quiet surroundings, renters are dissatisfied with the outdated common areas, slow management responses, and lack of amenities like a well-maintained rooftop. While some recommend staying due to apartment size and peace, others emphasize the need for better maintenance and management practices for an enhanced living experience.

Could be a lot better :/
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building units themselves are nice, decent location, rooftop is beautiful, city view is beautiful. Super/porter try their best. Rent stabilized!
Cons:
Kinda far from train, buses are sometimes reliable (rush hour you need to fight for a spot). You can tell management kinda let this building go to poop. It has a lot of potential, just isn't upkept like it should be for whatever reason.
Advice to owner:
Invest more money into making this building look better, might have a lot more retention..
