Could be a lot better :/
Pros
Building units themselves are nice, decent location, rooftop is beautiful, city view is beautiful. Super/porter try their best. Rent stabilized!
Cons
Kinda far from train, buses are sometimes reliable (rush hour you need to fight for a spot). You can tell management kinda let this building go to poop. It has a lot of potential, just isn't upkept like it should be for whatever reason.
Advice to the owners
Invest more money into making this building look better, might have a lot more retention..

Pros
Great management that listens, takes care of, and acts promptly about any issues.
Cons
Downstairs neighbor was very annoying, but nothing that management could do about
