Great Neighborhood Vibes

Pros:
The building is clean, highly responsive, and the overall neighborhood vibe is great. It's a 50-story building and there are many tenants. I rarely have a negative interaction with anyone.
Cons:
The management company is borderline difficult - very rigid about package pickups (no one but lease holders allowed), apartment access (they won't send anyone up unless you're home or they're specifically registered). I've had some trouble getting groceries delivered or my dog dropped off from daycare when I'm not home. Amenity spaces close around 10pm.
