Lovely place to live

Clean, meets my needs, no pests. Generally nice place to live, has apartments with nice view of manhattan skyline. Modern appliances with w/d in every unit.

Cons

Furnishings a little cheap (cabinets made out of composite wood, floor not entirely even), water pressure in shower is low, and is located right above the 7 train so it can be loud.
