Pros
It’s close to Trader Joe’s and the court square station. Depending on the tower that you live in, you may be subject to noise from the station if you open your windows
Cons
The amenities were not great and expensive. The rooftop that was going to be opened just never opened.

Pros
security, package room management is decent, good gym equipment, great access to subway
Cons
Have to pay quite a lot more for the amenities. Soundproofing isn’t the best. but train noise not an issue on the very high floors (I was on the 41st). Heater/AC system is very loud.
