    Decent apartment, thin walls, not well built

    Pros:
    New building, great layout of the apartments, awesome location. Gym in building and amazing view from the terrace.
    Cons:
    The walls are thin - can hear neighbor clear their throat, speak, phone alarm, TV, etc.
    Air from outside comes in through the gas valve cover, which you can stuff with towels/blankets.
    Advice to owner:
    Insulate the walls please

    Good location, brand new
    Cons:
    Very thin walls, hot water is iffy, management unresponsive, mail situation is horrible
