Decent apartment, thin walls, not well built

Pros

New building, great layout of the apartments, awesome location. Gym in building and amazing view from the terrace.

Cons

The walls are thin - can hear neighbor clear their throat, speak, phone alarm, TV, etc. Air from outside comes in through the gas valve cover, which you can stuff with towels/blankets.

Advice to the owners

Insulate the walls please

Very thin walls, hot water is iffy, management unresponsive, mail situation is horrible
