The onwer never makes repairs, there is not water or hot water, no gas, and multiple complaints made and she doesn’t care, all the landlord wants is kick every tenant out of the building, event tho rent is been paid. She harassed tenants, there is kids on the building and the landlord doesn’t care , and make rent increases every year, despite the lease the tenants have and that is a rent stabilized building. This landlord is the worse landlord ever seen.

Make repairs,
